Terraces at Jubilation Model Units Now Available for Viewing
The Terraces at Jubilation’s 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom model units are now open for viewing at Elanvital Enclave’s Sales Center office located besides Asia United Bank, right across the Pavillion Mall in Binan, Laguna.

Elanvital Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony for Terraces at Jubilation
Elanvital Enclaves celebrated the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Terraces at Jubilation, its latest residential condominium project in Binan Laguna, last May 19, 2021. This milestone marks the first condominium project of Elanvital in the Jubilation community, featuring six mid-rise buildings with single, 1- and 2-bedroom units that are perfect for young professionals and couples starting their own family.
In attendance were key officers of Joy~Nostalg Group and Elanvital Enclaves together with Engr. Rodelo Pabalete, President and Owner of Paravisible Builders, Inc., and his team. Paravisible Builders, Inc. is the partner-contractor for Terraces at Jubilation.
