Since 2011, Joy~Nostalg has been committed to serve as the lead in taking initiatives to develop sustainable solutions to help address homelessness and lessen, if not eradicate, the overwhelming housing backlog in the country.
Joy~Nostalg’s frontline brands are Elanvital Enclaves, a residential property company for middle-income earners; Everyhome Enclaves, the economic housing group that offers affordable and spacious starter homes; and Extraordinary Enclaves, a socialized housing arm that offers Filipino working-class the opportunity to own their first home.

Its first project is The Empress Dining Palace, a first-rate, fine dining restaurant committed to nurturing the golden values of Chinese culture—specifically, reverence and respect of family—through the preservation and promotion of excellent and authentic Chinese cuisine.
The Empress Dining Palace is located in High Street, Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.

Joy~Nostalg Foundation
To fully empower Filipino families in their quest for a better quality of life, Joy~Nostalg runs a foundation, the Joy~Nostalg Foundation.
Established in 2016, Joy~Nostalg Foundation envisions itself as a prime advocate of responsible family home ownership for the working Filipino masses. Its mission is to uplift the dignity of the Filipino community and prevent poverty-slippage by empowering them with values formation and competence building through education and counseling for responsible and sustainable home ownership.
The Joy~Nostalg Foundation has three major teams namely Home Advocacy Team, Home Ownership Team, and Home Entrepreneurship Team, with the responsibility to ensure education and counseling on home acquisition as well as education and counseling on home ownership.
One of the core projects of the Joy~Nostalg Foundation is the Pasinaya HELP seminar aimed to promote wise financial management and responsible home ownership among minimum and low-income wage earners, specifically homeowners of Pasinaya Homes communities.
Through the support of its foundation and all its programs, Joy~Nostalg has established to be a company of compassion that creates not just homes but uplift the lives of the homeowners.
